المحددات الدولية للعلاقات السودانية الإثيوبيـة منذ انتهاء الحرب الباردة

يتناول البحث تحليل المحددات الدولية للعلاقات السودانية الإثيوبية منذ إنتهاء الحرب الباردة متضمناً إبراز تأثير طبيعة النظام الدولي والمتغيرات القائمة فيه على تلك العلاقات حيث يعتبر النظام الدولي السائد أحد المحددات الرئيسية في تشكيل السياسة الخارجية لكل من السودان وإثيوبيا وتوجيه علاقاتهما المتبادلة كما يتضمن البحث إبراز القوى الدولية الأكثر تأثيراً على العلاقات السودانية الإثيوبية من خلال تحليل مواقفها  في القضايا المؤثرة على تلك العلاقاتوبتفاعل علاقاتها المتبادلة مع كلا الدولتين.
The research  deals with the analysis of the international determinants of Sudanese-Ethiopian relations after the Cold War, including highlighting the impact of the nature of the international order and the existing variables in it on those relations where the prevailing international order is considered one of the main determinants in shaping the foreign policy of Sudan and Ethiopia and directing its international relations, the research also includes highlighting the positions of the international powers that have the most impact on Sudanese-Ethiopian relations by analyzing their positions and interventions in issues affecting those relations and by their relations with sudan and Ethiopia
